Let’s Inspire Bihar is a voluntary social, cultural, and educational initiative founded by Shri Vikas Vaibhav, IPS — a highly experienced, decorated, and dedicated police officer known for his vision and commitment to social transformation.
The initiative aims to shape a better future for Bihar through the three pillars of Education, Egalitarianism, and Entrepreneurship. Inspired by Bihar’s glorious heritage — as a land of knowledge, valour, and visionary leadership — it seeks to reconnect people with that legacy and motivate them to contribute meaningfully to society.
By reflecting on the causes of Bihar’s ancient greatness and its current position, the movement encourages collective introspection and action. Let’s Inspire Bihar believes that by learning from our illustrious ancestors and channelising our collective energy with faith, grit, and determination, we can once again make Bihar a guiding light for the nation.
The mission started in the year 2021 with a purpose to inspire Biharis to pursue excellence through education, hard work, and perseverance. The initiative seeks to nurture Desire, Dedication, and Determination (the 3Ds) among youth to build a progressive Bihar and contribute to a Developed India.
District-level chapters of motivated volunteers (We call it Co-ordinators) acting as catalysts for change, promoting the 3Es through:
•
Education: Organising workshops and motivational sessions with local achievers to revive pride in heritage and foster a culture of knowledge and effort.
•
Egalitarianism: Engaging in social outreach, connecting the needy with willing contributors to strengthen mutual respect and equality.
•
Entrepreneurship: Hosting seminars where successful entrepreneurs mentor aspiring youth, encouraging innovation and self-reliance.
Chapters have also been formed among Non-Resident Biharis and NRIs, connecting them with local chapters to share knowledge, guidance, and resources for Bihar’s holistic development.
